Broken Note

Shipping Info: All orders placed on the Broken Note Bandcamp will be processed & shipped out from London, England. Finished orders are shipped out via Royal Mail usually within 1-3 business days from submitting.
Return Policy: Returns can be made within 14 days from delivery/collection, please note that return shipping costs have to be paid by yourself.

Returned products have to be in a brand new condition with their original packaging included in order to become exchanged/refunded. Washed products will not be accepted!

Purchased music (both physical and digital formats) is excluded for returns and can not be refunded.

Returned shipments due to not picking up in time / undeliverable will be charged with return shipping costs by Royal Mail. These costs will be deducted from the total refund or require an additional payment for re-shipping the package.
